Leininger Farms was established in 1967 by Ed and Linda Leininger as a third generation of farming took place. From the beginning with a hog and grain operation, the farm was involved in the community. Area schools brought kindergarten children year after year to visit the farm, see the animals, sit on a tractor and experience the farm.

This tradition continues with the Leininger Farm Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch. The corn maze continues to educate the community about farming and provides a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The Pumpkin Patch has a great deal to offer with the many varieties of pumpkins, squash, Indian corn, mums, and fall decorations as well as animals to see.
